The quick version
Blackjack is separate from Matchup. Use two standard decks (104 cards), 2–8 players, and deal seven cards to each player.
Play a card matching the top card by rank or suit. Chain as many cards as you can, with every card matching the one immediately before it. If you cannot play, draw one card.
Ace: choose any suit. 2: next player draws 2; 2s stack. A same-suit Black Jack can join the penalty.
7: play again. 8: skip the next player. Black Jack (J♣ or J♠): next player draws 5; same-suit Black Jacks stack.
Red Jack (J♥ or J♦) cancels a Black Jack penalty, but never a 2 penalty. A combined 2 and Black Jack penalty adds both amounts.
If your last card is a special card, immediately draw one card after playing it. Players reaching zero are finished; the final player with cards loses.
The starting card's special effect applies immediately. When the draw pile is empty, keep the top card, shuffle the other played cards, and use them as the new pile.
Game 2 / exact rules
2–16 players use two combined standard decks: 104 cards. Deal two cards to each player.
Take turns in order. Take another card while your total is below 21, or Stick to stop.
Number cards keep their value. J, Q and K are 10. An Ace is 1 or 11, whichever is more useful without busting.
Over 21 is a bust and loses. The highest total at or below 21 wins.
Equal totals are decided by most cards. Equal totals and equal card counts are a tie.
Game 3 / exact rules
Play with 3–8 players. The game automatically deals equally: 3/48, 4/48, 5/45, 6/48, 7/84, or 8/96 cards used.
There is exactly one Ace of Spades. All other Aces are removed. Look for matching-rank pairs and place every pair on the table.
Take turns in order. Choose one hidden card from the next player's hand without seeing its value, then add it to your hand and remove any new pair.
Your cards stay private. The first player to reach zero cards wins. The player left with the Ace of Spades loses.
Game 4 / exact rules
Deal seven cards to each player. Keep hands private.
Ask another player for a rank you already have. They must give you all cards of that rank.
If they do not have it, go fish and draw one card. Drawing the requested rank or receiving cards gives you another turn.
Four cards of the same rank make a set and leave your hand. The first player with no cards wins.
